2 ORDER
Order Confirmation
When the address for receipt is confirmed during the order, the actual order will be placed. Please note that cancellations are not possible after the order is made. After placing the order, you can check the estimated arrival time and delivery start time via email and My Delivery.
3 DELIVERY
Receive Your Order
When the delivery start time is sent, please wait at the pickup location. Please check the delivery number when you receive it.
4 COMPLETE
Delivery Complete
After the delivery is complete, a delivery completion email will be sent.
  • Delivery orders are available from KST 13:00 ~ 21:00.
  • Delivery times may vary due to road conditions.
  • Once the status changes to "Order," you cannot cancel or change the product.
  • If incorrect address information is entered, the order may not be accepted.
  • Chat support is available from KST 13:00 ~ 22:00.
  • Once the status changes to "Order," refunds cannot be issued.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for accidents caused by incorrect address entries.
  • If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the delivery address cannot be confirmed and there is no response within 30 minutes, the order will be canceled.
  • Orders may be canceled due to severe weather or store circumstances.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to inaccessible secure locations. Hotel deliveries require pickup in the hotel lobby.
