3 DELIVERY
Receive Your Order
When the delivery start time is sent, please wait at the pickup location. Please check the delivery number when you receive it.
4 COMPLETE
Delivery Complete
After the delivery is complete, a delivery completion email will be sent.
  • Delivery orders are available from KST 13:00 ~ 21:00.
  • Delivery times may vary due to road conditions.
  • Once the status changes to "Order," you cannot cancel or change the product.
  • If incorrect address information is entered, the order may not be accepted.
  • Chat support is available from KST 13:00 ~ 22:00.
  • Once the status changes to "Order," refunds cannot be issued.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for accidents caused by incorrect address entries.
  • If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the delivery address cannot be confirmed and there is no response within 30 minutes, the order will be canceled.
  • Orders may be canceled due to severe weather or store circumstances.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to inaccessible secure locations. Hotel deliveries require pickup in the hotel lobby.
